Full Moon?

Brooke's nursery class apparently had a reaction to the full moon. They turned into a bunch of 2 year old boxers with Brooke assuming the role of Mohamed Ali in his prime.

Ty had his first taste of Frank's red hot sauce for repeatedly using the word stupid.

In general, my children have been lacking in manners and self control.

Maybe it was the excessive sugar consumed at last night's trunk or treat.

Maybe the shift in weather, which always brings us runny noses, is to blame.

Maybe it was the full moon.

Was it wise to bring out a sharp knife to carve the pumpkin after such a day? We did it anyway.
(We have to take advantage of time with daddy when we can get it.)

Miss B was anxious to get her hands on some pumpkin goop.
Mr. Sensory Overload wouldn't come near the stuff.
He did love the finished product.
Shoes and shirts are optional at most of our family activities.
(For those under age 5 anyway)

SuperTy hung out with his dad at the Elders Quorom booth during most of the carnival last night. Trent was helping with the doghnut on a string contest. Somehow, Ty managed to smuggle several doughnuts and ate way more than he should have. Then he topped it off with this sucker.
Miss B in her getup before leaving the house. I bought the cheap bunny kit from Target and put her in this. Yep, we were cheap with our costumes this year. But she loved it!

Two days ago I was looking forward to the 5 different Halloween events we had on the calendar. Now, after just one party, I may have changed my mind. At least we're getting some mileage out of our costumes this year!

Hey! We carved our pumpkins last night too! Was it a full moon? That would explain a lot :) Brooke and Ty look so cute in their costumes!
