It took Ty a few days to want to wear it. But in true form, once he saw Brooke wear the cape he insisted that is was his. (This same mentality is how he potty trained.)
If I get ambitious enough to make another one, we've learned a few lessons. Namely, to cut a smaller neck, and that my machine needs serviced. But it was a fun sewing project to work on together! Brooke is slightly jealous and a pink cape may be in the works sooner than later.Speaking of Super Dad, Trent has been hard at work this weekend finishing our garden and installing hardware in the kitchen. All this during football season? Amazing.

*Not to be left out, I performed my usual Super Mom duties of laundry, cleaning, child entertainer extraordinaire, and I canned peaches for the first time. Miss B continues to be Super Sassy. Aren't we all just Super.
