Our insurance company is now working with us on Ty's procedure.
Moral of the story: BE ASSERTIVE! Make phone calls and wait patiently to talk to a human being, be polite yet candid, question their justification, and keep your cool (this one can be challenging for me when I'm frustrated.) This paired with prayer seemed to work out all of our kinks...and all during nap time too!
(Sigh.)
Now if only I could have a candid conversation with the governor about therapy.
